The A La Disposition exhibition at the ongoing London Fashion week was under the Vauxhall Fashion Scout umbrella and the Freemasons house was the venue. It featured intricate designs reminiscent of early European dressmaking with a modern twist. There was also loads of sportswear influences in the pieces and the general vibe of the exhibition was aristocratic. One got a clearer look on how much detail most designers here in the west put into the art of designing and you sorta wish most African designers can tap into this.
