Nigerian designer Ibironke Oluwaseyi Asepo is the creative head of Seyi Jones and has lived in Ghana for 10years. Her collection was mainly inspired by the prints and the need to have some funky everyday wear using the Ankara fabrics. She used the zips as detailing because she wanted a certain edge to the clothes. Her love for biker jackets prompted the need for a bit of the biker jacket edge in the clothes giving them a youthful look. ‘The Seyi Jones typical woman is a young successful career woman, confident, stylish and knows exactly what she wants’.
