About 2 weeks ago my almamater Covenant University held its Redefinition Fashion show and i was called in prior to the event to help mentor and train the models as well as handle choreography and styling for the show. Clearly all of these duties could not have been done by me alone so i called up my friends Uju Nwobodoh (top model) , Jide Adedeji (catwalk instructor), Makida Moka (top model), Bubu Ogisi (designer/stylist) and Adebayo Oke-Lawal (designer/stylist) to help me out. The show would not have been an outstanding success in terms of presentation without all of these people. The student population of over 6,000 all trooped to the university chapel, venue of the event to support their mates and have fun. Top Nigerian designers like Mai Atafo, Lanre Da Silva and Uche Nnaji of Ouch attended the show as well.

The following labels all owned and designed by students from the university took part in the spectacular event.

Slys collection
Christian Casual Wears (CCW)
Cyril Bryan
Made Posh
Niquette Armour
Norbert Stone
Frank Benedict
Parah Plus
Bush People
The designers all did their best and as with most things in life there were the good, bad and ugly. Since i was working with the models and communicating with the stylist to ensure things went smoothly i could not take photos of all the labels, apologies to the designers whose work don’t get featured on here.

The photos here are of my team and some of the new friends we made.
