One Nigerian Boy

One of my favorite art galleries in Lagos, Artistic License is currently exhibiting one of Nigeria’s finest abstract artists Uchay Joel Chima’s works. The 38 year old multi-media artist currently based in Lagos, Nigeria creatively uses junk, sand, charcoal blocks, wax, colors and varieties of found objects to make aesthetically exceptional creations. I’m totally blown away by his pieces and that’s ideally what art should do.
